Salmon marinated in Mileeven Sarah’s Honey with zesty ginger.

Marinade for fish
(This can also be used for chicken, just replace the dill with lots of freshly chopped coriander).
- 3 dessertspoons of Sarah’s Zesty Honey with Ginger.
- 5 g (1 thumb sized piece) fresh ginger, grated.
- Juice of 1 lime.
- 3 sprigs Dill, chopped.
- 4 dessertspoons of Soy sauce.
- 1 dessertspoons Sweet Chilli sauce.
- ½ tsp sriracha sauce.
- 6-8 salmon fillets
- Mix all ingredients together for the marinade, pour over 6-8 portions of salmon. (It’s tasty eaten cold for lunch so why not batch cook)?
- Leave to marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.
- Cook on a grill or in the oven (180 C) for 15 mins. Baste with the marinade after 8 mins.
