Salmon with Zesty Honey Marinade

Salmon marinated in Mileeven Sarah’s Honey with zesty ginger.

Nutritional values per portion; 320 cals, 19 g fat, 7 g carbs, 30 g protein.
Notes; contain gluten, soya, fish, sulphites.

Marinade for fish
(This can also be used for chicken, just replace the dill with lots of freshly chopped coriander).

  • 3 dessertspoons of Sarah’s Zesty Honey with Ginger.
  • 5 g (1 thumb sized piece) fresh ginger, grated.
  • Juice of 1 lime.
  • 3 sprigs Dill, chopped.
  • 4 dessertspoons of Soy sauce.
  • 1 dessertspoons Sweet Chilli sauce.
  • ½ tsp sriracha sauce.
  • 6-8 salmon fillets
  1. Mix all ingredients together for the marinade, pour over 6-8 portions of salmon. (It’s tasty eaten cold for lunch so why not batch cook)?
  2. Leave to marinade for 1-2 hours or overnight.
  3. Cook on a grill or in the oven (180 C) for 15 mins. Baste with the marinade after 8 mins.
