Pear & Avocado Smoothie

When you don’t have time to sit & eat your breakfast, or you like to drink your breakfast in a nutritious smoothie this is ideal.

Calories per portion 300 with a good balance of Protein, Fat & Carbohydrate, this nutritious smoothie is ideal to keep you feeling energised through to your next meal.

  • 1 avocado, flesh only
  • 375 ml milk
  • 1 pear, core removed.
  • 250 ml water
  • 20 g oats
  1. Cut and prepare the fruits before adding into a blender, leave the skins on the pears.
  1. Add water and the oats.
  1. Liquidise the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
  1. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
