Calories per portion 300 with a good balance of Protein, Fat & Carbohydrate, this nutritious smoothie is ideal to keep you feeling energised through to your next meal.
- 1 avocado, flesh only
- 375 ml milk
- 1 pear, core removed.
- 250 ml water
- 20 g oats
- Cut and prepare the fruits before adding into a blender, leave the skins on the pears.
- Add water and the oats.
- Liquidise the ingredients to a smooth consistency.
- Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve.
