Overnight Oats.
- Prep time: 5 minutes
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup or 60 g Raspberries
- 40 g oats
- 30 g chopped nuts
- 1 tsp milled flaxseeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Put half of the oats into the bottom of a bowl.
- Sprinkle in half the seeds, nuts, and berries.
- Put over half the milk.
- Repeat.
- Cover & leave overnight in the fridge.
