Overnight Oats.

  • Prep time: 5 minutes
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup or 60 g Raspberries
  • 40 g oats
  • 30 g chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp milled flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  1. Put half of the oats into the bottom of a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle in half the seeds, nuts, and berries.
  3. Put over half the milk.
  4. Repeat.
  5. Cover & leave overnight in the fridge.
