Green Smoothie
- A good snack option omitting the avocado or breakfast with the avocado.

- You could try this as an alternative recovery drink & is a great way to get extra vegetables into you.
- ¼ fresh pineapple
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 apple, quartered and deseeded / handful fresh or frozen berries
- ½ avocado, peeled and stoned
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- ½ handful fresh coriander (optional)
- 1-inch piece fresh root ginger
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Add in extra water to thin out smoothie.
