Chocolate Mug Cake

When you want a serious chocolate hit this is a sure winner.

At 339 cals, this is a high fat dessert so it’s not an everyday option but it sure tastes good!


1 small banana

1 dessertspoon almond milk

1 dessertspoon peanut butter

1 level dessertspoon cocoa powder

15 g chopped dark chocolate or dark chocolate chips

  1. Blend the banana, nut butter, milk & cocoa together until smooth.
  2. Chop the chocolate up.
  3. Pout into a heat proof ‘mug’, gently stir in the chopped chocolate.
  4. Put it into the microwave for 1 min (800watt).
  5. Leave to cool for 1 min & enjoy! Just not too often!
