Buffalo Chicken Salad

Buffalo Style Chicken salad

  • 100 g chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 2 sticks diced celery
  • ¼ cucumber diced
  • coriander, fresh, chopped (optional)
  • ½ dessert spoon cali cali or peri peri sauce
  • 1 dessert spoon greek yoghurt
  1. To make the dressing, mix the cali cali sauce & greek yoghurt together, set aside.
  2. Dice up the chicken, carrot, celery & cucumber together. Mix the dressing in.
  3. Top with the chopped coriander.
  4. Serve immediately.
