Buffalo Style Chicken salad
- 100 g chopped cooked chicken
- 1 diced carrot
- 2 sticks diced celery
- ¼ cucumber diced
- coriander, fresh, chopped (optional)
- ½ dessert spoon cali cali or peri peri sauce
- 1 dessert spoon greek yoghurt
- To make the dressing, mix the cali cali sauce & greek yoghurt together, set aside.
- Dice up the chicken, carrot, celery & cucumber together. Mix the dressing in.
- Top with the chopped coriander.
- Serve immediately.
