How it works : 6 consultations, beginning with a 60 min online consultation, in person, by Zoom, what’s app or by phone to discuss your current & past health, identify any nutritional deficiencies, assess your food diary & make recommendations that will work for you. 5 weekly follow ups to track progress, provide accountability and support.
