You sit back & learn how easy healthy eating can be while I do the cooking.
You get to ask all the questions you wish, learn about new foods that may benefit your diet. Then sit back & enjoy your healthy meal here or bring it home to share. A meal plan will be provided, recipes & realistic portion size advice along with many other tips to control cravings, healthy swops etc. This is an ideal half day away to focus on you, while learning how to achieve a healthier you. This is suitable for everyone & it is tailor made to your requests. Example: Healthy eating, weight management, introducing new foods to you diet.
Athletes: how to carb load (without eating bowls of pasta), how to eat a balanced diet, how to cycle your food to suit your training, winter fuel to maintain weight, recovery foods.
