This 6-week guided coaching is designed to help reduce cravings, increase energy levels & promote better quality sleep. You will be provided with a meal plan, weekly analysis of your diet ongoing, tips to eat the correct foods.  Your initial consultation will take 60 mins & we do a weekly follow up by zoom/virtual on weeks 2,4 & 5 with a face to face (or virtual if this works best) on week 3 & 6.

Having completed a Plant Based Nutrition Course & being flexitarian I am mindful that a vegetarian diet can be extremely healthy or the complete opposite if it is not nutritionally balanced. 

During the 6-week programme, you will be guided on how to reach your dietary needs with plenty of food suggestions, recipes, tips & advice on how to increase any nutrients that may be deficient in your diet.

This package is ideal if you are serious about your health & wish to embrace a vegetarian lifestyle. Suitable for flexitarians & pescatarians or anyone who may wish to improve their health. Do you want to see how to cook healthy food so you can do it at home? Do you go into the supermarket but don’t know what to buy or how to cook healthier? Do you think it’s difficult to eat well without spending hours preparing?

The gold package is the ultimate all-inclusive session with Optimal Health & Performance. We start with your initial assessment to discuss your plans for a healthier life. We can do an optional body analysis & suggest foods to suit you going forward. 

We choose a selection of recipes to cook.

You sit back & learn how easy healthy eating can be while I do the cooking.

You get to ask all the questions you wish, learn about new foods that may benefit your diet. Then sit back & enjoy your healthy meal here or bring it home to share. A meal plan will be provided, recipes & realistic portion size advice along with many other tips to control cravings, healthy swops etc. This is an ideal half day away to focus on you, while learning how to achieve a healthier you. This is suitable for everyone & it is tailor made to your requests. Example: Healthy eating, weight management, introducing new foods to you diet.

Athletes: how to carb load (without eating bowls of pasta), how to eat a balanced diet, how to cycle your food to suit your training, winter fuel to maintain weight, recovery foods.

How a Dietary Coaching consultation works

Your first consultation takes approximately 1 hour. During this we will take a detailed history and look at any how you feel now & what you want to achieve from the Dietary Coaching. We discuss your reasons for choosing Dietary Coaching, (e.g., weight loss/gain, lack of energy, general health and well-being, sports nutrition etc).

  • You will ideally have kept a food diary which we can discuss when you make your first appointment.

  • We will weigh and measure you, check your bmi, waist circumference and discuss your goals.

  • We will set realistic goals and discuss a time frame to complete each goal.

Follow up consultations are usually on a weekly/fortnightly basis, but this can be altered to suit you. All consultations can be carried out online or in person.
