As a qualified Chef I have spent my life surrounded by food, purchasing, preparing, cooking, & eating it. Food must tantalise the taste buds, but it can also do our bodies the world of good if we eat nutritious food. I understand busy lifestyles often leave us with less time to prepare food but my goal as a Dietary coach is to assist you to choose better options for a healthy life.
I use evidence-based nutrition advice, constant learning through education & research, to offer you nutritional advice you can trust. Using delicious nutritious recipes, you can expect meals that are easy to prepare, taste fantastic & are nutritionally balanced.
Performance nutrition is constantly changing & because of this I regularly attend seminars, webinars etc to keep up to date with the latest nutrition so that I can share my knowledge with you to help you perform better.
I started Optimal Health & Performance over 10 years ago. I work mainly with people who have been referred by a friend & word of mouth. Being results focused you will achieve results if we work together.

A Dietary Coach will help you by formulating healthy eating programmes for weight loss and to improve your general health and wellbeing for the different stages of your life. The goal of the coach is to offer you strategies for personal change and to work towards a sustainable healthier future using dietary analysis software, body composition analysis and health coaching. A dietary coach will focus on putting together a healthy eating programme that will ensure you are eating for optimal health and to minimise the impact of genetic and environmental influences e.g. stress, pollution and lifestyle.
When preparing your meal plan, a good dietary coach will consider your food preferences, cooking skills, available time and exercise preferences. I hope to educate and motivate you towards personal change that will benefit your quality of life for long term benefits to your health. This positive influence can then extend further than that single person as they will go on to instil healthy habits in their families and friends.
